Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Reanimator build commanded by Omnath, Locus of All. Rather than using its commander as a required engine piece, the list leverages Omnath primarily for full color access and occasional mana banking. The core strategy accelerates early mana using dorks and signets, dumps high-impact creatures into the graveyard via Entomb, Buried Alive, and loot effects, and reanimates them on Turns 2 or 3 with spells like Reanimate and Animate Dead. Payoffs such as Archon of Cruelty, Terastodon, Vilis, Broker of Blood, and Razaketh, the Foulblooded dismantle opposing resources and establish massive card advantage. While the deck lacks an instant two-card infinite combo, it rapidly assembles lethal combat boards by binning Anger and chaining reanimation spells, closing the game around Turn 6. It runs strong support draw engines in Rhystic Study and The One Ring along with efficient spot removal to maintain control.
