Deck overview

Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger is a tempo-value deck built around one unblocked hit. Her trigger exiles two cards and lets you cast a Hero or noncreature spell for free, so the primary plan is to connect early, then use extra combats and extra turns-Karlach, Full Throttle, Time Warp, Time Stretch, Expropriate-to multiply those free casts. Secondary paths are cast-from-exile damage (Passionate Archaeologist, Keeper of Secrets, Nico Minoru) and a top-of-library engine using One with the Multiverse, Sensei's Divining Top, Valeria Richards, Precocious, and The Vision and Scarlet Witch. The de facto hidden commander is The Scarlet Witch, which makes MV 4+ instants and sorceries cheaper. Without Wanda's combat trigger the deck is a slow Izzet pile, so protecting her and clearing her path is the whole game.
