Urza, Lord High Artificer turns every artifact into a blue Mana Vault and every Construct into a draw/tutor engine. This mono-blue build pairs fast mana and stax (Trinisphere, Static Orb, Winter Orb, Narset+Puzzle Box) with compact artifact combos. The primary line is to land Urza early, use his token and tap ability to assemble Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact or Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, then convert infinite mana into Walking Ballista damage or a Thassa's Oracle finish. A Karn + Mycosynth Lattice lock closes games without combat. Dense tutors and draw effects make lines reliably consistent; there is no hidden commander.
