Deck overview

This Azorius deck is helmed by Hope Estheim and pursues a life-gain-turned-mill strategy, aiming to gain large chunks of life each turn and convert them into mass mill through Hope's end-step trigger. The primary engine relies on soul-sister effects (Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Suture Priest), token producers (Leonin Warleader, Adeline, Resplendent Cathar), and life-gain doublers (Boon Reflection, Alhammarret's Archive, Rhox Faithmender, The Wind Crystal). A secondary combo line pairs Deadeye Navigator with Peregrine Drake for infinite mana, then deploys Walking Ballista as a table-kill outlet. The deck balances a slow incremental mill plan with a compact, commander-independent infinite-combo backup, but its overall velocity is held back by thin tutoring and a reliance on assembling multiple synergistic pieces.
