Deck overview

This is a Jeskai charge-counter/artifact deck built to make Darksteel Reactor's 20-counter alternate win real, with Magistrate's Scepter extra-turn chains and a mass-animated combat finish as backups. Inspirit, Flagship Vessel is both a source and a shield: its combat trigger drops two charge counters per turn, its Station ability dumps counters equal to a tapped creature's power (ideally Kilo, Apogee Mind, who proliferates when tapped), and once it carries 8+ counters the entire artifact board gains hexproof and indestructible. The 99 is a proliferate matrix - Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus doubles every proliferate, Throne of Geth and Karn's Bastion fire repeatably, Coretapper adds charges directly - with Deepglow Skate able to double a prepared reactor to 20 on the spot. Recursion via Wake the Past, Dance of the Manse, and Emry, Lurker of the Loch restocks after wipes, while Cyberdrive Awakener turns the artifact pile into an air force.
