Deck overview

This is a Rakdos noncreature-spell burn deck helmed by Black Waltz No. 3. The plan floods the board with redundant ping engines (Guttersnipe, Kessig Flamebreather, Coruscation Mage, Fiery Inscription, Wizard tokens) then chains cheap instants, sorceries, rituals, and impulse draw to trigger table-wide noncombat damage. Amplifiers such as Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, transformed Kuja, Genome Sorcerer, Hawkeye, Young Avenger, and Artist's Talent turn each spell into lethal reach, while infect packages (Phyresis, Glistening Oil, Tainted Strike) offer an alternate clock. Underworld Breach, Past in Flames, and Mizzix's Mastery recycle the storm for a single explosive turn. The commander is a strong but non-essential damage source among many; the 99 carries the same trigger density. Wins come from raw burn or poison rather than combat.
