This is a mono-blue artifact-value deck helmed by Emry, Lurker of the Loch. The strategy revolves around deploying a high density of cheap artifacts to reduce Emry's cost via affinity, then using her ETB mill to stock the graveyard and her tap ability to recur artifacts each turn.
