Sliver Invasion by glecusay

Format: Commander

Commander: Sliver Overlord

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Sliver Overlord is the deck's tutor engine: each turn it can search up the exact Sliver needed to push through or protect the horde. The primary plan is to develop cheap mana Slivers and lords, accelerate out Overlord, then chain searched pieces such as Sliver Legion, Shifting Sliver, and Fury Sliver into one massive unblockable double-strike alpha strike. Secondary paths are the cascade engine of The First Sliver (the closest thing to a hidden commander) and token generation from Thrumming Hivepool, which give the deck a backup plan when Overlord is taxed or removed. The commander is used as a value tutor rather than a combo piece; all wins are conventional tribal combat, normally completed with haste and evasion.
