Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius spellslinger combo-control build commanded by Zethi, Arcane Blademaster. The primary game plan accelerates early mana with low-cost rocks and sculpts hand quality through high-density cantrips and tutors. It aims to assemble the classic two-card infinite combo of Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal by Turn 4. With mana rocks producing at least three mana, this pairing generates infinite mana, infinite nonland untaps, and infinite storm. The deck then converts this loop into an immediate victory through Aetherflux Reservoir life-drain or Brain Freeze mill. In slower or contested games, Zethi provides recurring value and board control by exiling cheap removal, protection, and card-draw instants with kick counters and recasting them every combat step without spending cards from hand. A comprehensive suite of efficient countermagic, silence effects like Grand Abolisher, and instant-speed removal ensures the combo remains protected from disruption while keeping aggressive opposing strategies firmly in check.
