Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Bracket 2 Dimir surveil-reanimator list helmed by Mirko, Obsessive Theorist. The plan is to fill the graveyard through surveil, mill, and entomb effects, grow Mirko with every surveil trigger, then reanimate high-impact creatures for free at end of turn once his power outscales their printed power. Classic reanimation spells (Reanimate, Animate Dead, Connive // Concoct, Rise of the Dark Realms) back up the commander's engine so the deck is not wholly reliant on him. Primary wins come from combat and ETB value off reanimation targets such as Massacre Wurm, Grave Titan, Sepulchral Primordial, and Rune-Scarred Demon, with overloaded Cyclonic Rift and drain from Massacre Wurm helping close multiplayer tables. The list plays as a midrange value reanimator that grinds card advantage and eventually overwhelms through recursive threats rather than infinite combos.
