Deck overview

This deck is a classic Mono-Red Dragon Tribal stompy build commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The primary strategy focuses on developing mana rocks and tribal cost-reducers during the early turns, establishing 6 mana by turn 5 to deploy Lathliss, and following up on turn 6 with additional Dragons. Every subsequent Dragon doubles in presence by generating a 5/5 flying Dragon token, quickly compounding total power on board into an overwhelming aerial strike force. Damage escalates through wide attacks, mass firebreathing activations from Lathliss, and direct damage triggers from cards like Scourge of Valkas and Terror of Mount Velus. While the deck possesses massive combat damage and solid resilience when pivoting to alternate standalone beaters like Utvara Hellkite, it lacks fast mana, cheap stack interaction, and efficient recovery against sweeping removal. It plays best at mid-power casual tables where its steady aerial pressure can outmuscle non-combo opposition.
