This is a high-synergy Grixis Pirate/Vehicle tribal deck helmed by Edward Kenway. The primary strategy combines combat damage triggers with heavy treasure generation to fuel card advantage, extra turns, and eventual board dominance. The commander's end-step ability creates a Treasure for each tapped Assassin, Pirate, or Vehicle, while Vehicle combat damage exiles opponents' cards for you to play.
