K'rrik 2nd rev. by maggina

Format: Commander

Commander: K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-black K'rrik deck uses life as mana to power explosive black spells. K'rrik lets you pay 2 life for each black mana, so you cast high-cost cards early while building devotion and Swamp mana with Crypt Ghast and Cabal Coffers. The main plan assembles graveyard-based combos that turn card draw and discard into life drain, with Bolas's Citadel, Necropotence, and Vilis keeping your hand full. Bloodletter of Aclazotz doubles life loss to close games with Exsanguinate or Torment of Hailfire, while Aetherflux Reservoir offers a storm finish. Chainer and reanimate auras provide recursion, and tutors like Beseech the Mirror find missing pieces.
