Deck overview

This Jeskai deck is helmed by Vraska, Soul of Stone, an engine commander that converts every noncreature spell into a 1/1 Sculpture Treasure artifact creature token with vigilance. The deck leverages dense 1-mana cantrips, free utility spells, and artifact cost-reducers to churn through the library while triggering multiple burn pingers like Reckless Fireweaver, Hedron Detonator, Impact Tremors, and Warleader's Call. Card velocity is sustained by potent draw engines such as Skullclamp, Whirlwind of Thought, and Fateful Discovery. While token creatures have summoning sickness for their tap abilities on entry, cards like Urza, Lord High Artificer allow immediate mana tapping, and vigilance enables massive crackback swings alongside burn triggers. The list features an elite interaction and protection suite, including free countermagic, Deflecting Swat, Flawless Maneuver, and Silence, allowing it to protect its combo and storm turns from interaction. Alternate win conditions like Approach of the Second Sun and Hellkite Tyrant provide backup angles of victory.
