Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Mono-Blue combo-control list helmed by Orvar, the All-Form. The strategy leverages Orvar's unique triggered ability to duplicate any permanent you control whenever it is targeted by an instant or sorcery. By chaining low-cost spells, cantrips, and buyback cards like Whim of Volrath, the deck rapidly ramps land counts, creates infinite mana, and generates overwhelming card advantage. Once infinite mana is established, it tutors its library to deploy Venser, Shaper Savant and Altar of the Brood, bouncing all opposing permanents and milling every opponent out in a single turn. The deck also features robust backup win lines through Displacer Kitten and Deadeye Navigator paired with Peregrine Drake. Supported by efficient interaction, bounce spells, and card draw staples like Rhystic Study, this deck presents consistent Turn 4 win attempts with resilient protection.
