Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is an artifact-centric Jeskai deck that uses every tap of the commander to proliferate charge counters, +1/+1 counters, and poison. The primary route is the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter loop, which produces infinite untaps and mana when at least one rock makes two mana. Kilo then turns that mana into infinite proliferate via Paradise Mantle, and Prologue to Phyresis gives opponents poison counters to finish. Secondary plans include Magistrate's Scepter infinite turns, Mechanized Production token wins, and value beats through Virulent Silencer. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Kilo as the central proliferate engine.
