Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Spider kindred aggro deck led by Cosmic Spider-Man. The game plan revolves around flooding the board in the early turns with efficient Spider heroes and shapeshifters, such as Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man, Spider-Punk, and Spider-Ham, Peter Porker. On Turn 5, casting Cosmic Spider-Man transforms the entire web of Spiders into an overwhelming aerial strike force with flying, first strike, trample, lifelink, and haste. This sudden explosion of evasive damage rapidly swings life totals in your favor. Support engines like Cathars' Crusade, Banner of Kinship, and Kindred Discovery scale creature size and card advantage, while premier protective spells like Teferi's Protection and Heroic Intervention insulate the board from sweepers. If the commander is removed, alternate kindred bombs such as Shelob, Child of Ungoliant and Spider-Man, Miles Morales provide resilient backup routes to victory.
