Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius tempo and flying tribal list piloted by Errant and Giada. It aims to build an evasive, wide air force while keeping mana open during opponents' turns. The commander provides continuous virtual card advantage by allowing flying and flash spells to be cast straight from the top of the library. Cheap mana rocks and cost reducers ensure early deployment, while scrying engines like Crystal Ball and Mystic Speculation filter through non-creature cards to keep the top-deck active. The deck scales its damage output through flying anthems such as Empyrean Eagle, Thunderclap Wyvern, and Dictate of Heliod, quickly turning small utility flyers into lethal threats. It maintains tempo and board presence using efficient counterspells and instant-speed interaction that can be held alongside flash creatures. Board protection like Linvala, Shield of Sea Gate and Sephara, Sky's Blade secures the army against opposing sweepers.
