Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm list piloted by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both an escalating burn engine and a burst mana generator. Every noncreature spell puts a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent. By attaching damage-trigger draw engines such as Curiosity or Ophidian Eye, each spell cast draws 3 cards, creating an overwhelming card-flow loop. On Turn 4 to 5, the deck uses Vivi's {0} mana activation to unleash an explosive storm turn. Amplifiers such as Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph, All Will Be One, and Longshot, Rebel Bowman accelerate damage output, burning out all three opponents in a single turn. The list supports its core engine with efficient countermagic, board sweepers like Brotherhood's End, and cost reducers like Stormcatch Mentor to maintain velocity while protecting its combo turn.
