Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger burn strategy commanded by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer, designed to weaponize noncreature spells into rapid, table-wide damage. In the opening turns, explosive mana rocks and rituals accelerate Kuja and cheap pingers like Coruscation Mage and Firebrand Archer. Kuja amasses 0/1 Wizard tokens on end steps, steadily scaling damage output before transforming into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied to double all Wizard damage. Mid-game turns leverage high-velocity storm enablers such as Storm-Kiln Artist, Birgi, God of Storytelling, Jeska's Will, and Bolas's Citadel to chain spells, burning all opponents simultaneously. The deck features Dualcaster Mage and Saw in Half as an infinite copy combo, backed by free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick. While weak to enchantment stax and heavy board wipes, its redundancy and damage doublers provide immense closing power.
