Bob Do Something! by chonkybear

Format: Commander

Commander: Bob, Reluctant HYDRA Agent

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-black Villain deck grinds opponents with incremental life drain rather than a single combo. Bob, Reluctant HYDRA Agent is a repeatable engine: he attacks alone, drains each opponent for 2 and returns to your hand to recast. You surround him with Villain token makers and life-gain payoffs that turn every point of life gained into opponent loss. Secondary paths are a devotion burst from Gray Merchant of Asphodel and a large Exsanguinate. The hidden commanders are the redundant Sanguine effects - Sanguine Bond, Enduring Tenacity, Marauding Blight-Priest, Starscape Cleric and South Wind Avatar - which actually close the game while Bob provides steady pressure and card advantage triggers.
