Lord of the Nazgul leads a Dimir control deck that turns every instant and sorcery into a 3/3 menace Wraith. You trade one-for-one with 34 interactive spells, draw with Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora and cantrips, and grow a Wraith army. Nine copies of Nazgul, Grima, and the Witch-kings add Ring-tempt counters and pressure, while Chronicle of Victory and Patchwork Banner act as anthems. With no infinite combo, you win by reaching nine Wraiths to make them 9/9 until end of turn, clearing blockers with Kindred Dominance or Cyclonic Rift, and finishing opponents over sequential combat turns.
