Deck overview

This deck leverages the unique Rulebreaker ability of Grizzlegom, Hurloon Hero, allowing a Gruul deck to include land cards of every basic land type. By integrating Triomes, Shocklands, and basic type fixers like Dryad of the Ilysian Grove and Prismatic Omen, the deck ensures Grizzlegom triggers all five of its attack effects at maximum efficiency. Attacking with Grizzlegom floods the board with Soldiers, draws a fresh grip of cards, drains opponents, buffs the commander, and gains life.
