The Great Goblin - Rakdos Goblins (Copy) by user7168229

Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Great Goblin rewards a Goblin/Orc/Army counters plan: every blight or amass turns into two damage, and every dead Goblin turns into card advantage. The deck's primary path is to build a wide token board with Boggart Mischief, Howlsquad Heavy, and Krenko, Mob Boss-the hidden commander-then finish with Shared Animosity or an All Will Be One damage chain. Everlasting Torment and Quest for Pure Flame amplify the ping damage, while Ashnod's Altar and Warren Soultrader convert spare Goblins into mana and death triggers. Grub, Storied Matriarch is a supporting DFC in the 99 that recurs Goblins and makes attack-copy tokens. The plan is aggressive but largely permanent-based, relying on The Great Goblin to generate enough reach and draw to push through.
