Deck overview

This Rakdos deck leverages Deadpool, Trading Card as a disruptive engine commander alongside an aggressive aristocrats, myriad, and group-slug strategy. The primary plan deploys Deadpool on turn 3 or 4 to swap text boxes with key opposing creatures, neutralizing enemy commanders while stealing their abilities. A dense suite of nine 1-mana and 2-mana resurrection instants, such as Supernatural Stamina and Undying Malice, allows the deck to repeatedly sacrifice and re-trigger Deadpool for incremental value and board disruption. By turns 5 and 6, the deck transitions into a lethal clock using symmetric life-halving effects like Havoc Festival, forced combat from Kardur, Doomscourge and Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos, and myriad beaters like Warchief Giant. With 11 efficient ramp pieces and robust redundancy, the deck maintains steady pressure, closing out games by turn 8.
