Dumb Boy Deck by SageRageMage

Format: Commander

Commander: Etali, Primal Storm

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Etali, Primal Storm is a mono-red attack-value deck built around casting Etali ahead of curve and connecting on turn 6-8. The primary plan is to ramp through Sol Ring, Thran Dynamo, Skittering Surveyor, and treasure, then drop Etali with a haste source. Each attack exiles four cards and lets you cast spells for free, which turns into tokens, burn, and pump effects. The Krenko/Warchief goblin package (Krenko is effectively a hidden commander) is a strong secondary path that can win independently if Etali is hated out. The commander is both card advantage and beatdown; the deck's redundancy in hasty creatures and pump spells compensates for a weak countermagic suite.
