Deck overview

This is a Dimir Ninja tribal deck helmed by Satoru Umezawa, whose command-zone ability grants every creature in hand ninjutsu {2}{U}{B} and provides top-3 card selection on each ninjutsu activation. The core loop is simple and relentless: deploy an unblockable enabler, attack, then ninjutsu in a value ninja that connects for combat damage triggers. The deck wins through incremental life loss - Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow reveals and drains, Vela the Night-Clad and Ninja Teen drain on every creature leaving, and Shredder, Shadow Master halves life totals while Wound Reflection doubles the pain. Mana engines like Peregrine Drake and Great Whale pair with Satoru's universal ninjutsu to generate explosive untap loops. It's a tempo-value deck that converts unblockable combat into card advantage and table-wide drain.
