This cEDH deck leverages Vivi Ornitier as both a mana accelerator and a game-ending win condition in the command zone. The primary strategy revolves around enchanting Vivi with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or pairing it with Tandem Lookout. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each noncreature spell draws 3 cards. This allows you to draw your entire library while generating surplus mana through zero-drop artifacts, rituals, and Vivi's own power-based mana ability. The deck finishes the entire table in a single turn via 40 Vivi damage triggers, Grapeshot, or Brain Freeze storm loops.
