Helmed by Gluntch, the Bestower, this is a Selesnya group-hug/politics deck. The commander is a generosity engine, distributing +1/+1 counters, a card, and two Treasures to three different players at each end step. The 99 leans heavily into symmetric ramp and draw - Magus of the Vineyard, Eladamri's Vineyard, Veteran Explorer, New Frontiers, Collective Voyage, Temple Bell, Font of Mythos, Howling Golem, and Horn of Greed - plus a suite of "gift" cards like Parting Gust, Wear Down, and Dawn's Truce that improve with small concessions. The win condition is a slow, political combat push: bank mana with Upwelling and Victory Chimes, resolve a giant Sylvan Offering or Alliance of Arms, then pump the resulting token army with Archangel of Strife. There is no compact combo, and no hidden commander in the 99; Gluntch is a value/political piece rather than a required engine.
