This Sultai deck transforms Changeling tribal synergy into an explosive landfall mill engine commanded by Homer, the Hermit. Because changelings possess every creature type simultaneously, each one counts toward Homer's ability, doubling the mill count for every Crab, Lobster, Nautilus, Starfish, and Trilobite in play. The deck develops early mana with efficient 1–2 CMC ramp and low-cost shapeshifters before deploying Homer on Turn 3 or 4. From there, land-drop accelerators like Dryad of the Ilysian Grove, Traveling Chocobo, and Summer Bloom trigger massive mill bursts that strip dozens of cards from opposing decks in a single rotation.
