DOOM DISCARD VILLANS by Mugen

Format: Commander

Commander: Doctor Doom, King of Latveria

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Doctor Doom, King of Latveria commands a Grixis discard-and-burn engine centered around the Villain creature type and connive mechanics. The primary strategy focuses on looting, wheeling, and cycling cards to trigger passive burn effects. Discarding lands drains opponents via Doctor Doom, while payoffs like Glint-Horn Buccaneer and Feast of Sanity whittle down life totals simultaneously. In the mid to late game, wide token swarms from Madame Hydra and Ultron, Unlimited overwhelm defenses alongside menace-boosted attackers. Alternatively, the deck can close out games with a Doomsday pile into Doctor Doom, Unrivaled or explosive wheel turns via Windfall and Jace's Archivist.
