Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck leverages Thassa, Deep-Dwelling to create a compounding enter-the-battlefield value and disruption engine. In the early turns, the deck deploys cheap utility creatures like Watcher for Tomorrow, Fblthp, the Lost, and Aether Channeler to smooth land drops and draw cards. Once Thassa enters the battlefield, her indestructible nature and free end-step flicker ability turn every creature into a repeatable advantage source. The deck controls the tempo of the game through targeted bounce spells, countermagic, and asymmetric board suppression from cards like Sludge Monster, Ixidron, and Willbreaker.
