Deck overview

This Simic deck pairs Erinis, Gloom Stalker with Sword Coast Sailor to form a resilient landfall engine. Sword Coast Sailor makes Erinis unblockable against the player with the highest life total, guaranteeing safe combat attacks that return lands from the graveyard every turn. The deck leverages self-sacrificing fetchlands like Fabled Passage and Escape Tunnel to trigger rapid mana acceleration and double landfall counts. As mana pools expand, the deck pivots into formidable token engines like Scute Swarm, Rampaging Baloths, and Avenger of Zendikar. It magnifies these threats using potent clone effects including Rite of Replication, Doppelgang, and Springheart Nantuko. A balanced suite of countermagic, spot removal, and fog effects provides defensive stability while building toward decisive combat overruns with Vivien's Stampede or overwhelming token swarms.
