Deck overview

This is a chaos/politics list built around Pramikon, Sky Rampart's one-way attack lock. The commander never attacks; it instead dictates that each player may attack only the nearest opponent in a chosen direction, effectively turning the table into a forced single-lane brawl while the deck sits behind walls, goad effects, and exchange-control spells. The primary plan is to establish Pramikon early, back him with Mystic Barrier, then use mass goad effects like Disrupt Decorum and Taunt from the Rampart to make opponents kill each other along that lane. Card advantage comes from Rhystic Study, Trouble in Pairs, and Smothering Tithe, while theft effects like Confusion in the Ranks and Fractured Identity convert opposing threats into your own. The deck wins through grindy combat inevitability: token swarms, Slicer, Hired Muscle, Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos, and Avatar of Slaughter eventually close out each opponent in sequence.
