This is a five-color Sliver combo-midrange deck built around Sliver Queen as both a token engine and the center of infinite loops. The primary plan is to develop colored mana through Sliver mana dorks and ramp, then use tutor effects to assemble a compact Queen + Basal Sliver + Lavabelly Sliver loop that deals unlimited damage. Secondary paths are wide Sliver beatdown with Sliver Legion, Bonescythe Sliver, and Coat of Arms, plus Intruder Alarm-based untap combos. Sliver Overlord acts as an effective hidden commander, searching for the exact Sliver pieces, while Homing Sliver provides slivercycling tutoring.
