Deck overview

This Sultai deck blends +1/+1 counter synergies with the rad counter mill mechanic introduced in Fallout. Led by The Wise Mothman, the deck gives rad counters to all players whenever Mothman enters or attacks. As players mill nonland cards during their precombat main phases, Mothman distributes +1/+1 counters across your creature base. Counter doublers like Branching Evolution and Corpsejack Menace quickly turn modest creatures into formidable threats, while proliferate spells like Radstorm and Evolution Sage multiply both rads and +1/+1 counters simultaneously. Evasion pieces such as Herald of Secret Streams and Champion of Lambholt allow your oversized army to bypass opposing blockers to finish the game. Secondary mill synergies from Syr Konrad, the Grim and Mindcrank convert opposing card loss into direct life drain, punishing graveyard strategies and applying constant clock pressure.
