This deck is an Orzhov Voltron aggro strategy built around Squall, SeeD Mercenary. The primary plan leverages Squall's Rough Divide ability, which grants double strike to any creature attacking alone. When Squall connects with a player, his combat damage triggers reanimation for permanents with mana value 3 or less. Because double strike causes combat damage to be dealt in two separate damage steps, Squall reanimates up to two permanents per combat.
