Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger and artifact token strategy commanded by Saheeli, Jewel of Avishkar. The core game plan revolves around casting noncreature spells to generate an evasive army of 1/1 Thopter tokens that enter with haste. Low-cost mana rocks and cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer and Stormcatch Mentor accelerate early setup, while mana engines like Storm-Kiln Artist and Galazeth Prismari turn spell velocity into functional mana. The deck maintains steady card flow through draw engines such as Archmage Emeritus and Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards. Win conditions focus on wide aerial combat buffed by Stridehangar Automaton or Surge to Victory, supplemented by direct group burn from Guttersnipe and big storm turns using Mind's Desire. A rich suite of countermagic and bounce spells defends the board and disrupts opposing threats throughout the game.
