Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck is helmed by Urza, Lord High Artificer, combining explosive mana acceleration, asymmetric stax locks, and infinite combo finishes. Urza turns every artifact into a mana source, accelerating your mana curve and breaking parity on disruptive artifacts like Winter Orb and Static Orb. By tapping these stax pieces at the end of an opponent's turn, you ensure your lands and artifacts untap normally while opponents remain severely resource-choked. The primary win condition revolves around assembling Isochron Scepter imprinted with Dramatic Reversal. With nonland mana sources producing at least three mana, this creates infinite mana and untaps, allowing Urza to exile and cast your entire library. From there, you bounce all opposing permanents with Cyclonic Rift or Hullbreaker Horror, exile opposing graveyards with Tormod's Crypt, and finish opponents with an unblockable, overwhelming combat assault using Darksteel Colossus, massive Construct tokens, and Kappa Cannoneer.
