Skrelv, Mono White poison,Control/Stax by ImLootGoblin

Format: Commander

Commander: Skrelv, Defector Mite

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Skrelv, Defector Mite is the cheapest engine in a mono-white poison deck. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built to use Skrelv's toxic-plus-hexproof-and-evasion activation on repeat attackers while a swarm of Mite tokens and infect creatures applies poison counters. The primary plan is early chip damage, then proliferate from Staff of Compleation, Karn's Bastion, and Grateful Apparition to convert one or two counters on each opponent into lethal. Secondary paths are a stax shell (Rule of Law, Archon of Emeria, Ghostly Prison) and token bursts from White Sun's Twilight. The commander is a versatile protection and poison vector; if he stays alive, the deck's pace roughly doubles.
