Inalla, Archmage Ritualist anchors a fast Wizard-combo deck: the primary plan is to empty the library with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact and win with Thassa's Oracle. Reanimator and Underworld Breach lines give backup kills, while Inalla's eminence creates token Wizard copies for Bloodline Necromancer loops or the five-Wizard drain. Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin is a hidden commander in the 99; the front face supplies early discard/draw, and the back face turns opponent life loss during your turn into card advantage.
