Deck overview

This Orzhov deck is piloted by Killian, Decisive Mentor, blending Enchantress card draw, goad disruption, Voltron combat pressure, and pillowfort defense. The primary strategy involves deploying cheap Auras to tap down and goad opposing threats, turning opponents' creatures against each other while triggering Killian to draw extra cards on every combat phase. As card flow compounds, the deck transitions into a lethal threat by stacking massive power buffs like All That Glitters, Daybreak Coronet, and Sage's Reverie onto evasive attackers, or swarming the skies with Hallowed Haunting. Pillowfort staples like Ghostly Prison, Sphere of Safety, and Eriette of the Charmed Apple protect your life total from retaliation and convert passive Aura density into incremental drain. A compact two-card infinite damage combo with Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista provides an alternate win condition to close games instantly against stalled boards.
