Azula by user1475194

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an all-in combat deck built to make Fire Lord Azula a one-shot machine. The commander attacks, produces {R}{R} with Firebending, and copies every instant cast while she is attacking, doubling pump spells into lethal commander damage. Secondary lines use Guttersnipe and friends to drain with cheap spells, or Balmor to make a small army trample. The deck is fast and redundant in pump effects, but hard-committed; if Azula is answered, reanimation and a few protection tricks are the only recovery. No hidden commander exists; Azula is both engine and finisher. It has no tutors and thin interaction, so games are explosive but fragile to control and disruptive enchantments.
