New Untitled Deck by Checktor

Commander: Zimone, Mystery Unraveler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck is a Simic value engine helmed by Zimone, Mystery Unraveler, weaving together three synergistic threads: landfall triggers, manifest dread, and face-up payoffs. The primary game plan is to ramp aggressively, deploy Zimone early, then use her first landfall each turn to manifest dread (creating a 2/2 face-down creature and milling a card), while subsequent landfalls allow turning a permanent face up. This generates a constant stream of board presence, card advantage (via Secret Plans, They Came from the Pipes, and Paranormal Analyst), and sets up explosive turns. The deck wins through combat with enormous threats like Blightsteel Colossus (infect), Worldspine Wurm, and Giant Adephage, often accelerated by Overwhelming Stampede or Ancient Greenwarden doubling triggers. It also has a secondary control element through Sandwurm Convergence and Archetype of Imagination to lock down the air. Despite lacking fast combo, the deck's layered value engines grind out inevitability in the midgame.
