Weaponized Philanthropy by JackTheNerd

Format: Commander

Commander: Leela, Sevateem Warrior and The Second Doctor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

An intentionally symmetrical Bant draw deck: The Second Doctor removes hand-size limits and gives every opponent an end-step draw, while Leela grows each time an opponent draws. The deck layers non-optional group-draw effects such as Rites of Flourishing, Dictate of Kruphix, Kwain, and Selvala, turning every opponent draw into Leela counters, Council of Four triggers, Homunculus/Jolrael tokens, and a giant hand. It then closes through Leela commander damage, a Jolrael-pumped alpha strike, Psychosis Crawler draining off a Windfall, or Laboratory Maniac. There is no hidden commander. The deck is a pillow-fort value deck, not a combo deck, and wins through accumulated card advantage and overlapping late-game payoffs.
