Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Jund aristocrats and combo engine commanded by Auntie Ool, Cursewretch. The strategy revolves around placing -1/-1 counters on both friendly and opposing creatures to generate overwhelming card advantage, trigger drain effects, and flood the board with tokens. Early turns focus on establishing mana acceleration and deploying token engines such as Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and Nest of Scarabs. Once Auntie Ool, Cursewretch is in play, every blight action and counter placement draws cards and whittles opposing life totals. The deck transitions into a lethal state using Blowfly Infestation alongside token producers for an infinite loop of death triggers and counter placements, or through heavy attrition engines like Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, Maha, Its Feathers Night, and Massacre Girl, Known Killer. It closes out games cleanly via life drain from Obelisk Spider, Zulaport Cutthroat, or direct damage from Goblin Bombardment.
