Myrkul, Aristocrat Oppression by Zuukar

Format: Commander

Commander: Myrkul, Lord of Bones

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Abzan deck centers on death triggers, life manipulation, and enchantment recursion, using Myrkul, Lord of Bones to transform dying utility creatures into durable enchantments. The primary win condition executes an infinite life-drain loop by pairing Bloodthirsty Conqueror with Enduring Tenacity or Marauding Blight-Priest, where any life gain or loss drains every opponent instantly. A secondary win condition leverages Fynn, the Fangbearer alongside deathtouch creatures to eliminate players through poison counters, backed by toxic burst spells. Early mana dorks and premium tutors quickly establish the combo pieces, while Myrkul preserves vital creature abilities across board wipes as noncreature enchantments.
