Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Dragon tribal strategy commanded by Scion of the Ur-Dragon. The primary game plan focuses on fixing mana across all five colors during the first four turns, casting the commander on Turn 5, and using its activated ability to tutor specific Dragons directly into the graveyard. In combat, Scion can eliminate opponents rapidly by chaining pump and infect abilities from Moltensteel Dragon and Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, or by granting double strike with Atarka, World Render. Beyond one-shot commander kills, the deck features a strong reanimation and value subtheme utilizing Bladewing the Risen, Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, and Utvara Hellkite to generate overwhelming aerial boards. While the deck possesses explosive damage output and built-in tutor flexibility, it is constrained by a tap-heavy mana base and vulnerability to graveyard interaction and well-timed removal.
