Deck overview

Built around Dain of the Ancient Halls, this Boros Dwarf/Equipment deck turns a wide Dwarf count into damage. The commander's haste means he swings the turn he lands, and his attack trigger hits every opponent, so the plan is to build Dwarf tokens and cheap equipment, then pump Dain with double strike and trample for a one-turn kill. The deck also has a secondary midrange beatdown path through Eivor, Battle-Ready, Dain Ironfoot, and Warleader's Call. Its only tutor, Raven Clan War-Axe, can find Eivor as a hidden backup finisher. Weaknesses are the lack of counterspells, vulnerability to board wipes, and a mana base with several tapped lands.
