This deck is a high-speed Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi triggers whenever you cast a noncreature spell, gaining a +1/+1 counter and dealing 1 damage to each opponent. The core strategy revolves around attaching a 'Curiosity' effect—such as Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout—to Vivi. Because Vivi damages all three opponents simultaneously, every single noncreature spell cast draws three new cards. This continuous card draw fuels a chain of cheap cantrips, rituals, and free spells. Mid-combo, Vivi's tapless mana activation generates vast quantities of mana equal to its power, sustaining the sequence until opponents are eliminated by direct damage triggers or a secondary Underworld Breach storm finish.
